What is Pilates ?
Pilates is a wonderful low-impact exercise that can help you strengthen your muscles, improve your posture, and increase your flexibility. With precise movements and breath control, Pilates can help you develop a strong core and improve your range of motion. Pilates develops the body uniformly, correct wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind, and elevates the spirit. Not only will you feel fitter and stronger, but'll also enjoy better balance, coordination, flexibility, and muscle tone.
